Armed with a Master of Management Innovations and Entrepreneurship from the Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrated Land Planning Technologies, Damian's academic accolades speak volumes. His thesis on mapping the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem of the Caribbean, conducted in collaboration with a leading Business Accelerator, underscores his commitment to stimulating investment and growth within the region. Damian’s role as Leader in Residence at the Longo Centre For Entrepreneurship and Head of Research at Tech Beach Retreat, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance the entrepreneurial landscape, showcases his ability to drive meaningful change.
Before his focus on entrepreneurship, Damian’s diverse career spanned project management in architecture, the hustle of the hospitality industry, and even owning a vibrant nightlife venue in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia. Kasey Dunn
Kasey Dunn is a dedicated educator and innovation expert, with over 10 years experience in the Canadian innovation ecosystem, currently serving as Professor of Creativity and Innovation at Sheridan College. With extensive experience managing entrepreneurship centers, social incubators, and women's programming initiatives, Kasey has made significant contributions to fostering innovation and driving forward-thinking projects. In previous roles, she has managed incubator and accelerator programming for Humber College, University of Toronto, and regional economic development funded by the province of Ontario. Kasey holds a Masters of Management in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and is currently completing a PhD in higher education with a focus on innovation. Kasey's expertise lies in cultivating creativity, envisioning novel innovation ecosystems, and providing invaluable support to projects aimed at building and nurturing vibrant innovation landscapes.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice & Public Policy from the University of Guelph, Canada, and a Master's in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King’s College London, U.K. Her global perspective is enriched by living in multiple countries such as the USA, Barbados, Trinidad, Antigua, Ghana, and Saint Lucia. Shayla represented Saint Lucia at the World Bank Youth Summit in 2019 and has contributed significantly to national events, including roles in social media marketing and public relations. Beyond her professional endeavors, Shayla is deeply involved in dance and theatre, participating in productions across Barbados, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Trinidad & Tobago. She advocates for a balanced life, integrating her passion for arts and fitness with her professional career.
